A red insert was put to prevent any leakage. It has to be removed before first use and can be replaced for transport.

How to use
Before first use: unscrew the nozzle and remove the red insert. Screw it again. The insert can be replaced for transport.
Hold the ear flap up gently but firmly to gain access to the ear canal.
Put the nozzle at the entry of the ear canal and squeeze. Your dog will try to shake their head. Maintain a firm grip on the ear flap to avoid shaking at this point.
Gently massage the ear base to help the solution spread through the canal and break up earwax and debris. Now let them shake their head.
Use cotton wool around your finger to clean excess product and debris, avoiding cotton wool buds. Repeat on the other ear.
